Brief History of Pathufind Media

In 1999, at the age of 15, Billy Hallowell entered the world of journalism and activism.  He launched Teen Web Online (now ReGeneration), a web site that he hoped would inspire his generation to discuss a plethora of issues it faced on a daily basis. Through Teen Web, Billy provided content, statistics and information about drug and substance abuse, violence, discrimination, personal image and other associated issues in hopes that his efforts would encourage healthy discussion and debate.

In 2003, following the Columbine Survivor Project — an initiative that brought Evan Todd, a Columbine survivor, to Rochester, New York to discuss his experiences, Billy Hallowell began traveling, speaking and subcontracting other inspirational speakers.  In 2008, Billy Hallowell launched Pathufind Media to carry out the successful work that has already been initiated.

Over the years, Pathufind Media has provided top-notch speakers at affordable rates. For more information on how you can bring subcontracted speakers to your school, company or non-profit organization, please check out the speaker and tour informational pages.
